MALTESER MARS BAR SLICE
1 packet chocolate ripple biscuits, crushed
1/2 cup condensed milk
100 grams butter
1 cup maltesers, roughly crushed
4 mars bars chopped into small pieces.
250 grams milk cooking chocolate
150 grams dark cooking chocolate
60 grams copha
maltesers to decorate
line a 9 x 13 cm dish with baking paper.
in a small pot, melt condensed milk and butter.
mix crushed biscuits, maltesers and mars bars together in a bowl.
mix in melted condensed milk and butter, stirring till well combined.
press into dish.
refrigerate for an hour.
in a heatproof bowl over a pot of boiling water, melt chocolate and copha together, stirring till smooth.
pour over base.
decorate with maltesers.
