(for bread machine)

1 1/2 cups luke-warm water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons salt
3 1/2 cups flour
1 heaped teaspoon bread improver

makes 1 loaf.

in bread machine tin, , dissolve yeast in the warm water and sugar. let sit 10 minutes.

add the oil. then the salt and flour.

set bread machine to basic recipe and a weight of 750 gm.

remove from tin as soon as it's cooked and cool on wire rack.
