APPLE AND CINNAMON ICECREAM
2 cups canned pie apples, pureed
2 x 600 ml bottles thickened cream
2 cans condensed milk
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
in a large, deepish bowl,with an electric mixer, beat the cream, condensed milk and sugar together until starting to thicken, about 5 minutes.
beat in apple and cinnamon until well combined.
pour into a 3 litre container and freeze over night or until well set.
