GINGER CRUNCH BISCUITS
1/2 cup sugar
250 grams butter, softened
1/2 can condensed milk
2 1/2 cups self raising flour
2 - 3 teaspoons ground ginger(depends on taste)
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup golden syrup
extra sugar
preheat oven to 180c
line trays with baking paper
with an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar. add condensed milk and mix till well combined.
stir in flour, golden syrup, ginger and cinnamon.
roll into walnut size balls, flatten slightly with a fork dipped in flour.
sprinkle with some sugar
cook approx. 10 minutes or until light brown. cool 5 minutes on tray, then move to a wire rack.
