TWO-MINUTE MICROWAVE FUDGE
(from a recipe off facebook...adapted)
454 grams icing sugar
2/3 cup cadbury drinking chocolate
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
113 grams butter, chopped
Sift icing sugar, drinking chocolate and salt into a microwave safe bowl.
Stir in milk and vanilla.
Place butter on top.
Microwave on high, 2 minutes.
Beat with spoon until smooth.
Spread in 8 X 8 X 2 inch baking pan.
Chill about 1 hour or until firm.
Cut into pieces.
*NOTE* This is really sweet, but the kids love it. The original recipe used cocoa, but my 100% cocoa was way to strong. I replaced it with the drinking chocolate.
