VEGEMITE AND CHEESE BISCUITS
500 grams basic biscuit mix
3 heaped tablespoons vegemite
1 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
preheat oven to 180c
line trays with baking paper
stir vegemite and cheese into mix
roll into walnut sized balls and lightly flatten with a fork dipped in flour( shake off excess).
cook for 10 - 15 minutes until lightly brown.
basic biscuit mix
250 grams butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 can condensed milk
2 1/2 cups self raising flour
cream butter and sugar. add condensed milk, beating till well combined.
stir in flour until well combined.
(you can add anything you like from here.) These are yummy if rolled into balls and rolled in cinnamon sugar. 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon
