LEMON PEPPER POTATO WEDGES
8 large potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon pepper
salt

preheat oven to 180 c. line a large baking tray with baking paper.

cut each potato into 8 wedges.
place into a bowl with the olive oil and the lemon pepper.
stir until all the potato is coated.
place on the tray. sprinkle with salt.
cook until golden brown, about 1 hour.
