PORK CHOPS WITH SPICY BARBECUE SAUCE

8 mid loin pork chops
1/2 cup vintage smokehouse barbecue sauce
1/4 cup chipotle barbecue sauce
1/4 cup spicy red sauce

preheat oven to 160c
lightly spray baking dish with cooking spray.

place chops in dish and cover top of dish with foil.

cook for 1 1/2 hours.

remove dish from oven and drain off any liquid in dish.

mix all the sauces together and pour some under and
some over the chops.

return dish to oven, uncovered, and cook for another 1/2 hour.

serve with vegetables of choice.
