EASY BACON AND CHEESE MUFFINS

3 cups self raising flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cup milk
6 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 - 3 rashers short cut bacon (topping)
3/4 cup grated tasty cheese (topping)

preheat oven to 180 c.

mix all ingredients together and spoon into a greased 12 hole muffin tin

sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly across the tops.

cook for about 15 minutes or until golden on top

serve warm with butter.
