APPLE CRISP CHEESECAKE

pkt butternut snaps
approx 4 tblsp butter melted

mix and press into 20 cm springform tin. refridgerate while making filling.

340 gm cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
6 tblsp sour cream
2 tsp cinnamon
sml tin pie apples

beat cream cheese and sugar. add eggs. stir in cream and cinnamon. pour over crust. arrange apple on top. sprinkle with topping:-

4 tblsp plain flour
4 tblsp oats
4 tblsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
8 tsp cold butter

combine all dry ingredients and cut in butter until crumbly. cover top of apples.


cook 180 for 45 mins. cool
