porcupine meatballs.

1 1/2 kg mince steak
1 cup rice
2 pkts french onion soup ( or 1 large diced onion or both)
2 tblsp tomato sauce
1 egg
2 420 gm cans heinz tomato soup
1 420 gm can water ( use the tomato soup can)

mix the tomato soup and water together and tip into large casserole dish.

mix rest of ingredients together and roll into walnut sized balls

add to soup mix. cover.

cook 350 oven for about an 1 1/2 or until rice is cooked.
