LINCOLN CRISPS

1 cup caster sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 egg whites
2/3 cup coconut
2/3 cup salted peanuts (in half)
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups cornflakes

beat egg whites till stiff
add sugar a bit at a time
add vanilla.

combine dry ingredients
add butter
mix in egg whites

fill small patty pans or just small mounds on tray.

cook 180(350 f) till lightly brown
