125 gm butter chopped, at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
zest 1 small orange
1 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup sultanas
2 cups cornflakes

preheat oven 180.c (350 f)
line or grease oven trays

cream butter and sugar
add egg and zest
fold in flour and sultanas

put cornflakes in largish shallow bowl (like a pie plate)

drop large teaspoonfuls of mix into cornflakes and roll till covered

these spread so cook 9 to a tray (picture 1)

cook 15 - 20 mins till nicely brown. cool on tray 5 mins then transfer to wire rack.
