DEEP DISH CARAMEL STUFFED CHOC CHIP COOKIES
(you can also use packet mix)
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter
1½ cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
3 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 pkt chocolate bits
1 can caramel top and fill


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.


In a mixer, cream together the butter and both sugars. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, beating to combine.


Carefully add the flour mixture into the butter mixture, mixing just till combined.


Gently fold in the chocolate chips.


roll into walnut sized balls.



fill a muffin pan with medium sized patty pans, add 1 ball slightly flattened to cover the bottoms .

 Add 1 large teaspoon of caramel into the middle and cover with another ball of the dough flattened to cover the top.

Bake for 18-20 minutes. till nicely brown.


Let cool and enjoy!
