pumpkin poppers

preheat oven to 350 f (180 c)
grease mini mufin  or cake pop pans

1 3/4 cups plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp all spice
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup mashed pumpkin
1/2 cup milk

combine all dry ingredients
combine wet in another bowl. mix.
add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

fill mini muffin pans till almost full. ( i use a cake pop pan or an electric cake pop machine)

bake in oven 10 -12 minutes.
if using electric cake pop machine takes about 5 mins.

till skewer comes out clean.
