1 pkt sheet puff pastry
600 ml whipped cream
raspberry or strawberry jam
preheat oven to 200 C
cut each pastry sheet into 8 pieces
cook for approx 10 - 12 mins or until nicely brown.
split each piece in half lengthwise.
spread bottom piece with 2 teaspoons jam.
pipe or spoon cream over jam
put top back on.
dust with icing sugar.
