BANANA CHOCOLATE DANISH
3 sheets puff pastry dough, thawed
3 - 4 bananas
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp butter
enough milk to mix to a thickish paste
Preheat oven to 200 c.
Lay puff pastry sheets on a clean surface and cut each sheet into nine equal squares.
Spread one teaspoon of nutella in the center of each square, on a diagonal.
Top with 3 pieces banana . Fold the side corners over the banana, dabbing edges with milk, forming a cannoli shape.
bake 12 to a tray until nicely brown. about 8 mins.
cool slightly then drizzle with icing.
mix icing sugar, vanilla, butter and a little milk at a time together until thick enough to hold shape.
drizzle over top of danishes.
